A Legacy of Philanthropy
Methodist Hospital began more than a century ago with a gift from the Woman’s Home Missionary Society. Then in the 1950s, a group of civic-minded volunteers came together to ask their friends and neighbors for funds to bring Methodist Hospital to Arcadia. Throughout our years of service, we have flourished because generous people like you want to ensure that exceptional health care is available in our community.
The spirit of giving is alive and well today in our new 155,000-square-foot North Tower. Responding to a call for support from our community, our generous donors contributed more than $27 million toward The Next Generation of Care Campaign. We owe a debt of gratitude to those who made significant contributions to this effort, such as Bea and Tom Hollfelder, Peggy and Andrew Cherng, and Lee and Mickey Segal.
